Who we are
Grow My Margin is a product of Syrnik Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. Syrnik Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions or requests: hello@syrnik.ltd.
What we collect today
Grow My Margin is in development. The only personal data this website collects is the email address you enter to join the waitlist, with the time you joined.
- Why: to tell you when you can start using Grow My Margin and to send occasional product updates.
- Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to hello@syrnik.ltd.
- How long: until you ask us to remove it, or 12 months after launch if you have not created an account, whichever comes first.
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
When you connect your Amazon account
Once the product opens, you can connect your Amazon Seller Central account. You authorise this through Amazon, and you can revoke it at any time from Seller Central.
- Read-only. We read business data through Amazon’s Selling Partner API: listings, inventory, sales and fee economics, advertising charges and similar reports. We never change anything in your Amazon account.
- No buyer data. We do not request access to Amazon buyers’ personal information such as names, addresses or contact details.
- Your data is used only to run your dashboard. We do not sell it, share it with other sellers, or use it for advertising.
- Retention. We keep Amazon data for no longer than 18 months. If you disconnect your account or revoke our access, we delete your Amazon data within 30 days.
- Security. Access credentials are encrypted at rest, and data is separated per account with database-level access controls.
If we add features that send your data to AI model providers, we will update this policy and tell you before they process your data.
Service providers
We use these providers to run Grow My Margin. Each processes data only on our instructions.
- Vercel Inc. (website hosting)
- Supabase Inc. (database and sign-in, hosted in the United States)
- Hetzner Online GmbH (servers that fetch and process Amazon data)
Your data is stored in the United States. Where UK data protection law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Write to hello@syrnik.ltd and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. If a change is significant, we will email you before it takes effect.
